Try to get more training
You have to learn new stuff constantly as that will help you quite a bit. Dedicated courses and training programs created for cabin crew will allow you to further master your job and they will offer you more chances to advance your career. You do need to take your time here because it will take a little bit for the employers to see how you grow. If you do all you are asked and also focus on getting constant training you will definitely showcase your interest for becoming better at what you do and advancements will come sooner rather than later.
